My name is Emanuela Bulli and I am a Florentine tour guide.
I was born in Florence, the city where I still live. I
graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures in Florence
and, after a Master in European Studies at the University of
Siena, I obtained my Ph.D. in "Languages and Cultures of
the Slavic World" at the University of Turin in 2007. I
speak currently Russian, English and Italian is my native
language (or rather ... the Florentine!).
For a period, I taught Italian language and culture to
students from all over the world and this brought me closer
to the world of tourism. So I followed a professionalizing
course for tour guide and I obtained the qualification in
2009. I love art in all its forms, from painting to music,
from sculpture to dance, from architecture to cooking and
for me, it is a source of immense satisfaction to be able to
transmit the love I have for my country to my guests.
The tourist guide activity is accompanied by some additional services, including assistance to people with disabilities.
I may say that my job consists of translating: I give my voice to the city’s beauty so that it may delight not only the eyes but the other senses as well. One can experience the city’s visual beauty through eyesight, and the sounds and music of the city’s people through hearing. One smells the scents of the city and touch its millenary history, and one can taste the culinary history by trying the region’s simple but genuine traditional dishes.
To be a Tour guide is my profession but above all, it is my
great passion that leads me every day to meet people from all
over the world and who have chosen to visit my country.
As a professional local guide, I design itineraries suitable
for any type of public: mine are private visits tailored to
the client. Get advice from a local Florentine guide for your

In 2017 with 3 colleagues and friends we set up a company, Moveris Srl, which deals with accessible tourist services. In this way, the beauty of our country is also accessible to those who need special and careful care. We organize tours for guests with special needs but also for families and for those who want to enjoy the trip in comfort. For this reason, we rent various aids such as wheelchairs and small electric scooters to make your stay in the city as relaxing as possible. With us, Florence and Tuscany have no barriers!
Tuscany is not only an Italian region, it’s a place of the heart
